"Harmond helped me over video link to test the components in my broken refrigerator. The testing confirmed that it was the compressor that had failed. I purchased a new refrigerator because I decided it was not worth the cost to replace the compressor."

"They communicated with us in a timely way and arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, and finished early. They talked with us throughout the project to make sure we would be happy with the final result and we are very pleased with the two showers we had replaced. They look great and work very well for us."

"ImproveIT has a much higher cost than most remodelers, but makes up for it in how thorough they are. They cover 100% of the remodel from reinforcing flooring to remediating mold. All that is covered in their initial cost. What you pay is all you pay. The tubs are “custom” made in their own shop in Ohio so that’s nice, but all in all it’s really just a standard shower/tub combo. Nothing fancy. You break in to the 10s of thousands if you want anything outside their plastic products."

"At the initial assessment visit, the worker sent to do the assessment was inattentive, took a couple business calls during the appointment, and didn't seem to be in a hurry. Customer service was lacking in that aspect of the appointment. Didn't have a full understanding of what we had already paid for (pre-purchased service from Angie's List). Purchased an Angie's List ad that had a defined service to be provided at a specific price. Additionally, we were told to remove materials (drywall, studs on the ground, insulation) which was not required prior to repair according to the worker sent to do the actual repair of the crack. At the repair visit, the worker sent was most excellent. A complete 180 on the customer service provided. The gentlemen was attentive, appreciative of the pre-work of material removal, and worked efficiently to get the repair completed within an hour. Quality of work was excellent."

The average cost to snake your main sewer line is around $250 for a simple snake. Most sewer line specialists charge between $45 and $200 per hour for main sewer line snaking, so the time involved plays a major role. The price you’ll pay will depend on the severity of the clog, the item causing the backup, how long it takes to remove the item, and more. A more severe issue that requires unclogging a main sewer line will cost $3,100 on average.
