DLS Pressure washing communicates very well thru the whole process. They show up on time, explain what they will clean and do an excellent cleaning siding, brick, gutters and windows. The house looks like new!!

Polite & considerate Attention to detail

I searched for pressure washing services on a Sunday evening and requested information from several business and Mr. Sexton first sent a message around 8 Am the next morning, making sure I was awake . He then answered all my questions politely and professionally, we scheduled a time to meet that afternoon and He was on time to the minute. He assessed the work to be done quickly and gave me a more than fair price .We scheduled the work the next day at 8:30 AM and again he was on time to the minute . He completed the work in about3 hours and my home is a two story with almost 5000 square feet and there was 5 years of green on the north side of the house . I asked if he could take care of a porch as well and he did this as well . I can not say enough good things about his work . If you need some pressure washing done this is the guy to hire ! Amazing!!!

Our house had pretty bad alge. He got it completely clean and sparking like brand new. He called me and was able to come clean our house the very next morning. His quote was actually lower than the others who reached out. He had me come check it out to make sure everything looked good. He did a great job!! I will most certainly hire him again!!

Said he would not charge it if he was unable to clean the area of concern on her house. Took care of this without problems and did not require us to power wash the entire house unlike other contractors who gave us estimates. Very reasonably priced. Recommend highly!
