He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

This time, a mouse had gotten in thru an open garage door when weather started getting cold, and had found a hole in a cinder block wall and had babies! I had already trapped and killed 5 before calling Alford. "Josh and the team did a really big job for us last week. They encapsulated our large crawl space, treated wood for mold, installed a sump pump, filled multiple cracks in our foundation, added two drainage systems to the exterior of our house and even cleared out the original drainage pipes in our retaining wall. It was a lot of work and I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with General Waterproofing. We had several quotes from other companies, some much more expensive, but Josh was the only one that actually discovered WHY we had water in our crawlspace and created a plan to tackle that problem. Going with the company that wasn't just putting a bandaid on the situation and was reasonably priced was no-brainer. Also, a number of the other companies were really aggressive and fear-mongered- I did not get that feeling from General Waterproofing at all.
