"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

"When Home Genius knocked on my door I wasn't even considering getting a new roof because I figured I couldn't afford quality work and I wasn't willing to have someone get up there for cheap who was just going to mess things up or cause my work down the line. I had this big hole in my daughter's room and some leakage around my chimney and the roof on my house hadn't been replaced or repaired in maybe fifteen years. Anyway, now sitting at my roof and looking at the work they did and how willing they were to work with my financial situation I feel like one of those people on HGTV.
