I will use them again. They put in a new air conditioner and a new heater. Originally they put in a big heater. I have 3 heaters. They have done about everything.

Prompt. Competent. Worked to hold the costs down (heat pump replacements are never cheap). He and his crew were quick to respond and worked hard to get the new unit up and running as quickly as possible. He also worked to keep the costs down - something as a consumer I really appreciated.

Gave me an estimate for the cooling system where the labor/installation was the same cost as the system. Was  not interested in putting in the system, wanted to do a whole house review to see where improvements could be made to improve heating and cooling. Cost would have been terribly high...
