Great, very prompt, friendly, took care of problem quickly and price was very fair

Great fixed but went out a week later and they returned and fixed it for no charge. The problem was unrelated to the original problem.

I will use them again. They put in a new air conditioner and a new heater. Originally they put in a big heater. I have 3 heaters. They have done about everything.

They were very pleasant and they did a great job!

Service tech checked system added freon, it was a pound low. Service was prompt even during a mid May heat wave in the 90s. Service tech was Very courteous and knowledgeable. Said our unit was older but it still had life and did not recommend replacing yet. Very pleased with the experience.

The repairman was very professional, courteous. All around exceptional!

I thought my heat pump was not working properly. I called to have it looked at and they were there within an hour. They were courteous and professional but did not find any problem with it. My heat pump worked fine after so I assumed whatever it was must have been the result of the electric company working on lines.

Ashland Furnace has always done a great job for me. Their cost is not out of line and their technicians are knowledgeable and excellent to work with. I have never had any regrets in hiring them. They are punctual and do their best to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Tehy arrived and said it would take a day. s the day progressed it was clear that they would need extra time and that was OK with me. But.........they called in other crews and I had a bunch of folks here finishing up my job and they got it done when promised. That was certainly service above and beyond the call of duty and earns them my highest rating for service and customer satisfaction.

Made initial visit, a return trip to install switch, and a follow-up later...all for around $100. Good service and good value!

Called when Cadco refused to honor warrantee and allowed us to be cold for a week . They were there in less than 2 hours with the parts needed repaired the furnace in less than 30 minutes.

It was great. He solved my problem. He came in a pinch. My air conditioner started working quickly. Their price was very competitive. They are good to work with.

They are reliable, and they will show up when they say they will. Their prices are reasonable. I would use this company again.

They called back some months latter to see how everything was and then even sent me a card this past fall to let me know that they are still there if I need anything and that they even clean furnaces.
