Jovon was exceptional in his workmanship and professionalism. He looked at the prior work and walked through his solution for correcting the issue. He was actually able to correct the problem ( lift concrete ) better than the original tech did. Frontier is lucky to have Jovon on staff. They came out for my original insulation issue and did a once over of the entire attic space for compliance. They gave me many pictures of the needed remediations and they scheduled very quickly to get the problems I had fixed. The crew showed up this morning to complete the estimate. So, he returned a few weeks later when the weather was forecast to be dry for the day to seal the cracks and cover them with sand. Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future.
