I enjoyed watching them "brainstorm and think out loud" on how to approach the job and gave my wife and I options and professional suggestions during the estimate/bid process. Their prices were very competitive and I have a soft spot for small father-and-son entrepreneurs. We did have some struggles with the time frame of the job and communication of when the are coming over, but we were in no big hurry.
