It went pretty good. Had one stoppage which was no fault of Mike or his crew. When it was all said and done I would definitely hire Taylormade Roofing and Exteriors again.

My deck is huge. I mean way more than one man could handle. Taylormade was more than prepared to tackle a deck of this size. From start to finish, they were diligent and very communicative. They offered unique ideas that completely transformed my original plans. They saved me money by laying out different options and literally brought their vision to life. They exceeded all expectations and are even able to help me with my next project. This company is top notch!

Let me tell you… these guys do excellent work! Everything was accomplished quickly and efficiently! They go above and beyond in regards to communication to make sure that I was incredibly satisfied! I will definitely use these guys again for future projects! 5 Stars!!!

The main house portion looks OK except around our chimney and east side. The porches were put on (shingles) over the old rotten, moldy boards that water leaked onto for over ten years. They took the new 2x4x8's (treated) and left the old moldy boards on. We paid for 8 sheets of sheathing & they took 3 of them. All the left-over materials were taken (cases of caulking, all the shingles, etc.) even though we made several requests through Lowes to leave everything at our place. The Bay window did not get any caulking around the top part. The worst thing is the old bent, split, moldy, broken frame boards that were left on our porches & the fact that they took the new ones that we paid for. We have not heard from them & it's been a week. We have contacted Lowes many times over this issue. The porch part was to be $700 more. We asked for a refund for the porches since they will have to be redone (and we don't want to use them) & for the materials that we paid for to be returned. Lowes told us (the manager) that Taylormade's owner has agreed to personally drive out & return the new materials that they took as they are in their warehouse. We never heard from anyone & no materials have shown up. I waited a full week to see if they were honest. It was unlikely given the mess left on our house. It makes me sick to try to sit out under our porch with the old bent, moldy boards they left in place - and took our new boards. We looked them up & it said that a lawsuit was brought against them since they did not have their roofer’s registration certificate in place. That was 2016. We were never told that they were doing our work. When we left on vacation, we were told another company was doing it. Unfortunately, our bidder also is on vacation, so he was no help in resolving this issue. We were charged for work that was not done & materials that we paid for were taken. In the end, Lowes has agreed to issue a refund for the porch part, but to date, Taylormade has never contacted us or returned the hundreds of dollars of new materials that we paid for. The photo shows the old rotten, twisted & split boards that were let on (and they took our new boards). Moral of the story, never ever ever leave your property when you have work done. We have always done lots of business with Lowes & felt confident things would go great. But the Taylormade people, don't know them, have never heard of them, and we wish we would have been there.
