"I can't say enough about my experience with Peak Structural! Tim, Spenser, Kato, Aren, & DJ were incredible! They showed up on time each day, were considerate of my living space, exercised care to reduce dust, were reliable & simply did fabulous work! Tim also worked diligently to communicate with the home office to make adjustments on my invoice for work that turned out not to be needed. Good installers, but concrete dust everywhere and crew's ladders tore up my yard.
Crew does work with ladders instead of pump jacks, so the crew ladders marring the James Harding factory finished caused many punch list items.
Window installers good, but leaves windows clean to siding installer foreman.
Too many punch list items, and too much time spent having to create the list.
