"I hired Daniel to trim the shrubs around my house. His price was very competitive, and he could do the work within a week, so I hired him. He did the work but did not remove all of the clippings, and evidently, he used his mower to remove some of the clippings, which resulted in several bald spots in my yard. He offered to come seed the spots and remove the clippings, but...he has gone silent now that I have paid him. I GET IT!!! Trust is earned!"

She seemed very knowledgeable, but equally as important, very understanding and nurturing. Then came Ben. This guy was super informative and was in no hurry to answer any and all questions. "I find that this termite control system to be like a Ponzi system. I paid for the initial treatment. Now they bill me every year $250 more. I have told them to stop coming, I found them in my yard again, this year, "inspecting the treatment" then a bill comes for $250. I do not think that I have termites now, but there is no guarantee from Gunter that the treatment will work even with the $250 every year."
