They were up on the roof for about 45 minutes and after since there was not much to do, the roofer advised they would send a refund of $50. I was delighted with the verdict and the refund because of the lack of time involved. The roofer was very nice, made recommendations and said they would come back any time. Very nice experience! About a month after they were here, I did get a check for $50 from the company

Didn't give me much notice they were coming. Work quality was average at best, sloppy drip edge around the corners, sloppy cut with the sheathing and shingles around vents etc. Didn't clean up very well as I'm finding nails everywhere. I only saw the "foreman" once because I called him. Ended up having to buy my own plumbing vent pipe and furnace vent flashing because they didn't bring them. Spent $13000 and not once did anyone ask me if I was satisfied or happy with the work. Only positive is it was done fast

The price was competitive and knowledgeable. They did a nice job of doing the flashing around the chimney. They protected the landscaping and cleaned up well after themselves. Its a good looking roof. They also put vents on top and found some bad sheathing and replaced that as well.

"I hired Lianro back in December of 2000 to replace my old shake shingle roof with a new stone-coated steel one. Their estimate for the work was very reasonable, and they did the whole job in less than a week. I've had zero leaks or problems of any kind since. The material is now 17 years old, and is only showing a little wear around some of the bends where the stone coating has flaked off due to hail, wind, snow, and workmen walking around on it. I am thoroughly pleased with the work that Lianro did and the materials they sell.

"We ended up not using them. The manager never got back with us until eight or nine months later. They were doing really good for us. They were helping us with our insurance. Then he said that his people were real busy at that time and that he will call us back. It was probably about three to four months later in the middle of the fall. I don’t like my roof being done in the middle of fall. I don’t know a lot about contracting. But if we put shingles down and if it's getting cooler out; sometimes they have a tendency not to lie down because of the asphalt. I have seen roofs peel afterwards if they are done too far into the fall. Then when they finally did call, I said no at that time. He gave me a call back this spring. The quote was $3800. They were going to strip shingles off of one side of my house on the very front. The insurance didn’t give me money for all of it. The backside was still good. That's why the insurance wasn’t going to give me money to do the whole roof. They were helping me on that part and got at least some of it approved. They let me down at the very end of it by not getting with me until later. I am not real happy with them. With regard to price, I found out that everybody else is about the same. I do know people that have had work done by them, and their quality was really good. With regard to responsiveness, they didn’t really respond. With regard to professionalism, I liked the guy. He was very professional. But then overall, it wasn’t good. They came back out a couple of times. They were very professional helping me and I really had confidence in them. At the very end, they really let me down. I know that they were busy, but I don’t think they should have gone two or three months until the weather was not good so my roof was not going to get done. They have even called a month ago. I do need my roof done. I probably would not use them again in the future.
