"Great local small business. Super responsive and answered my numerous questions along the way. Work started on time and finished on time despite rainy weather. Very kind and professional team that installed my fence. And when they say integrity they mean it. While digging a post hole they hit a sprinkler line and immediately told me. Explained why they chose that spot to dig and I totally agreed with them that I would not have thought the sprinkler hose was there either. Had a sprinkler guy already scheduled to service my system the next day and he checked the hose and there was no damage. Love that they took responsibility right away even though there was no damage. Did a great job saving the sod in the post holes, cleaning up the dirt and putting the lawn back together at the end of the job. Their estimate was slightly higher than some other local big businesses but I alway try and hire mom and pops when I can and am really happy that I hired this one. Completely worth the money. "

They replace the rotten parts of the floor and wall, and showed up a sagging floor beam. They installed fresh flooring and sheetrock in the parts that had been torn out. They replaced faulty plumbing for the shower, toilet, and vanity. They installed the new corner shower and toilet. They replaced the old laminate with new waterproof laminate, and repainted all the walls. Ahmad, the owner of the company, returned twice to make sure that the caulking around and in the shower was completely cured before we used it. I am extremely pleased with the high quality of their workmanship. They are very professional, conscientious, and courteous, and they left the work area and the rest of the house spotless when they finished. And, he charged much less than the other bidders. I give him my highest recommendation."
