I've used PMS for probably half a dozen or more projects over the course of the last year and they've been great to work with every time. Stu and his staff respond quickly to questions/emails/etc., show up on time for projects, and are very professional. Would definitely recommend them for whatever project you've got going.

Stu and his crew did a great job, if your looking for a company that's honest and reliable this is it. They came in and gave good suggestions and listened to what you wanted, very hard workers and very professional. We would absolutely use this company for future projects.

On time, on budget and professional job. 1.5 days to install vinyl floor, baseboards, texture and paint in bathroom. Also dining room paint. Already planning more jobs. Highly recommended.

PMS did a great job on this project. As a single mom of 2 teenage girls I feel 100% comfortable having this team in the house and have confidence i am getting quality work at a fair price. Stu does a great job explaining what he is going to do, communicating challenges, and is very transparent with price. I will continue to use this team for my future projects without looking elsewhere. They are professional, trustworthy and great to work with.

Due to poor work and missed deadlines we have been forced to spend money far exceeding the deposit paid to redo and repair the work that PM Service provided. Additionally, due to the lack of any type of dust, dirt, debris mitigation during demo and construction, the entire house will have to be professionally cleaned. Also, due to the lack of dust control or any attempt at all, all bedding, drapery, clothes, furniture, appliances, cabinetry, carpet etc...will need to be professionally cleaned. After constant days of questioning the appearance of the work being done and being told "don't worry, you will love it when it is done", we contacted several different professionals to come to our home and evaluate the work. Each and every one told the same story..."I have never seen anything quite like this". To date, we have had the walls in both bathrooms repatched. The ceiling in the living room rescraped and skimcoated, sheet rock and bullnose in living room that was put in removed, ALL flooring taken up with some being unsalvageable leaving a need to repurchase. Sheet rock and bull nose was not taped and mudded correctly. Flooring was put down without subfloor having been swept for debris from carpet and tile removal and beaten so tightly in place that this is what warrants the need for purchase of some replacement flooring. Most importantly, it was discussed that the flooring was to be the last thing done so as not to have any damage from painting, sanding etc... it was done long before the completion of the walls and ceiling. Ceiling fan was not covered initially and is now ruined. All painting will need to be redone as none of the walls were prepped correctly. Also, we will now be incurring the cost of having our laundry room painted as one of the employees partially painted it and it was never on the list of items to be done. We were perfectly happy with this rooms paint and had no intention of redoing it at this time. We have had to live in a state of dirt and filth for 18 days now not to mention the initial 14 days (in November no less) that we had to go with no heat in an attempt to keep the dirt and dust from ruining what little space we did have to live in. This job has been unacceptable and quite frankly fraudulent. We will be pursuing our options for recourse and reimbursement.

Everything was completed as requested, even added a couple of small items after estimate and they were more than ready to tackle those items.

Excellent. Stu and Seth installed plastic around and within the entire work area to attenuate the dust. They moved the appliances (and repositioned after done. They were forthcoming with what they were doing and what we should expect. They finished product was outstanding. We WILL use them again in the future and highly recommend them for any handyman projects.

Stu was very professional. Reacted quickly and got the job done when I needed it. I will definitely do business with him again.

Stu did an excellent job. He was polite, arrived promptly to access the job & perform the work. He gave a fair price and showed us how to save money.
