I was not satisfied with the way they sanded under the sheetrock in the corners, and when they did so, they took out a lot of the stain. It is blotchy.

"We DID NOT do any work for Ms Shellie. I tried but was never able to make contact with her. Further more her phone has been disconected and the email address is not goood, email returns. I am in the process of investigating this rating."

There was some confusion about the ability to remove all the traffic wear from the pre-existing floors. However, the guys were willing to change plans halfway through the day and put in laminate. Their first concern was whether I would be happy with the final product. The floor looks great.
