"I asked Cory (PrairieStone) to design a landscape plan for the front of my ranch-style home, giving him a few parameters to work with (at least 50% evergreen, easy to maintain, etc) Both my husband and I loved his design and decided to go forward with it. PrairieStone did the planting, added hardwood mulch, installed steel edging, and created a front walkway with flagstones. It is such a huge improvement, it hardly looks like the same house! Was just informed by trugreen they are refunding me because “I got to good of a deal”. Customer service is terrible and not even worth calling or dealing with. Please please go elsewhere"
