Good . service man was young but ok

The service man that showed up was very polite and respectful. The problem i had was he seemed like he did not want the do the work nessisary to fix my a/c. My a/c continued to blow fuses in my house. All he wanted to do was sell me a new air conditioner. My wife and I decided to get a second opintion and that turned out to be a good call. We called Climite Control and they found that my thermistat was not proberly wired, and I needed a new compressor on my a/c unit. The work done by climate control could have been done by Glenns if only the guy was willing to do little trouble shooting. The only HVAC company I will deal with from here on out is climate control in the Junction city area

Repair man responded in a timely manner within 30 minutes of my initial call. This was impressive as it was a Monday morning. He was well attired and extremely professional in demeanor. He explained what was wrong with the unit and took an additional 40 minutes to explain the issue to my Home Warranty company. He wrote down the serial numbers and departed. He ensured that the work area was cleaned and took all his tools. I got a call from the company the following day to inform me that the part had come in. They scheduled a 8 am appointment and the repair man was there on time. He replaced and tested the component and secured the unit and departed. Any interaction I had with the company both on the phone and in person were pleasant. They were knowledgable and professional. I paid $220 in labor which was steep but in light of the fact that 40 minutes of that time was due to the Home Warranty company's in depth questioning.

They did a good job. They are professional.

I called Glenn's this morning because my air conditioning did not work, and like the rest of the area, we are having temps approaching 100 degrees. I was told that they would call me when they were coming so that we didn't have to wait all day, but that because of how busy they were, it might be tomorrow before they came, which I totally understood.

Much to my surprise, around 3pm I received a call that they were on their way! Their contractor came out, worked for about an hour on our air conditioner and made sure it was working, and they my husband had them check other things in our house that we might want done because we were so impressed by their service. They even billed us, instead of demanding payment right away.

I would use their service whenever I needed help, and recommend them highly!
