"We were VERY pleased. Todd came to our house about an hour after we called, even though we called late in the evening (about 10:00pm). After vacuuming up the water, he set up blowers to "float" the carpet to aid in drying out the pad and the carpet itself. He said it would take about 6 days to completely dry everything out. He came back every couple of days to test the pad and carpet for moisture, the concern being that the pad wouldn't dry out and would start to smell, in which case he would remove the pad and look at replacing it. Luckily, the pad and carpet dried well. Todd tacked the carpet back down and retested the wall for moisture before leaving. The room looked as good as it had before the broken pipe. We were impressed at how fast Todd responded to our call."

When I called them with a water flood from a failed sump pump, they came within 30 minutes, assessed the situation and had a team here working within an hour. They assured me they would take care of moving all of the furniture and items in my basement, and they did just that. They worked quickly and professionally to remove wet pad and dry out my entire basement. They came to check the carpet each day and then did a good job replacing new pad, stretching my carpet, steam cleaning and returning my furniture to where it was supposed to go.
