"The job was a bit expensive, but it's not a small house, though a neighbor is getting their house done by someone else for $1000 less. The house and trim look good, until you get really close. House color on trim edges that should be a different color. All over spray wasn't cleaned up well, no masking was done. Lots of paint on the driveway, in the grass and on the upper deck. Areas in the yard where brushes and equipment were cleaned, or where paint was spilled are now dead, I will have to reseed those areas when it gets cooler. For the most part we are satisfied, but attention to detail was lacking."

We called them and they finally came out and put a little strip of Insulation on them and they still let in cold air and whistle when the wind blows. We have called and left messages and no calls back. I wouldn't recommend Rolox windows to anyone. Paid around 1000$ per window and still cold air comes in. Never again."

Your deck may look or feel fuzzy after pressure washing because the high-pressure spray tears some wood fibers as it removes the outer layer of dead and discolored wood. This fuzzy effect is a normal part of the pressure-washing process and will go away on its own in a few weeks. You can opt to spot-sand your deck if you’d like to remove it more quickly.

Learning how to repair rotted wood is something that you can do after stopping existing wood rot from spreading. After removing the wood rot, you can put new wood in place of the ruined wood or use wood putty to repair minor damage. However, because wood rot is difficult to eradicate without expert help, you may want a professional to do it. Do not attempt repairs in the area until you are certain that all the damaged wood and signs of wood rot are gone.

We recommend hanging a porch swing at least 2.5 to 3 feet from the wall and about 17 inches above the ground to avoid damaging your home. You want enough clearance behind it and on each side of the porch swing to move around safely and avoid the chains rubbing against it.
