The insulation had to be completed in two phases. Before the drywall, they sprayed foam insulation the the wooden frame sections near the roof and in the workroom/garage. Most of the house is constructed with insulation concrete forms which contain 6and quot; of Styrofoam on all the walls....
They came in and cut the concrete, put in the gravel sump pit, piping and insulation, hooked up to the electricity and ran all the lines. They were in and out within six hours. They people who came out were really courteous. They have really good follow up, they called me after the first rain...

"Terrible service, our front was sinking due to our fireplace. We got a quote ($28,000), for their "patented" footings - enormous metal poles under each of the house supports for the front. Pretty slick snowjob, they quoted us 3 days but took 5. They dumped all the concrete they removed in the backyard without asking and left an enormous hole in the front of the house where the fireplace is. When I (5'1" femme) asked to speak to a supervisor about the delay and dumping, they sent a good old boy (300 pds, 6'2") to scream at me in my living room. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge."

In my case they noticed we had a dehumidifier and a year later they ripped my wife off and sold her an over $2000 dehumidifier, and when I asked her to send it back they refused to take it back and now we're stuck with it so it seems, absolutely disgusting way of working."
