Alex came at 10:45pm and took care of it all. I had called at 7:30 so was very happy to get it taken care of that night. He was knowledgable and courteous. He replaced a part of the pipe that someone had put on that didn't fit right. It all cost less than the lady on the phone told me it would.

AH-MAZING!!!! I cannot, and I mean CANNOT say enough great things about Alex, Bob and the rest of the team at Morgan Miller. Not only were they the only company out of THREE that I called who were able to clear the drain and release the standing water from my basement, they were so accommodating in working with me with all that I needed to provide information for insurance coverage and they were the ONLY company who upon discovering my need was for a sump pump installed in my basement directed me to the ongoing program through Johnson County Wastewater where the county will pay for the sump pump saving me thousands of dollars. I am not only THRILLED with my service/experience with Morgan Miller but have already recommended them to neighbors and friends who are equally pleased with their level of knowledge, quality, service and fair pricing. I can't tell you how many companies in town will charge you an exorbitant amount only to leave having not fixed the problem. I, in good conscience, could not leave a clients home no better than I found it and charge them a high invoice and neither can Morgan Miller which is why, even though we are the consummate DIYers and tend to do most work ourselves if there any future plumbing needs in my house or in the homes of any of my neighbors or friends Morgan Miller will ALWAYS be the number we call.

We hired the wrong company last October and the connection at the foundation and the tank had failed. Joe and Ryan along with Eric the backhoe operator were very professional. Joe is THE master plumber! He took pictures of everything. He documented the failures. He corrected the mistakes the previous company made. He even had to reconnect the baffle inside the septic tank (that meant he had to get into the septic tank!) Ryan the apprentice worked hard at whatever needed to be done. And Eric works a backhoe with such awesome precision! He actually left our yard in better shape after the last joker left a big ditch. We already have new grass sprouting from the seed they left behind.

We needed service to repair a dripping bathtub faucet that we had previously repaired ourselves. We appreciated the prompt service, professionalism as well as the guidance we received about our initial efforts that did not remedy our problem. We will call this company again.

He got the line clean out a little and wanted to come back and put a camera down the line for an additional 385.00 Dollars and if the lines trouble was under the floor, he would dig up the floor and fix the problem.  I called another plumber who came and removed the stool and  clean out the line. this plumber was surprised the Miller Morgan did not do that.

Others have looked at why I have no water pressure in my master shower over the years and none have solved it. I have been living with this problem for years! The water is coming out fast now. They gave me a discount for being a new customer and also for providing canned goods.

Don't let the price tag scare you away, this was the easiest and most painless renovation we have done so far in our home. And yes, you do get what you paid for. We have an older home that the previous owners didn't take care of. With it being over 100 years old, we needed to start from scratch.
Quote Process
We actually got bids from a few companies (including some bigger name businesses) and I felt the other companies weren't near as professional as Morgan Miller. Morgan Miller turned around a quote for the indoor plumbing the next day, while other companies we were working with took much longer, sometimes up to a week or 2 weeks. Morgan Miller was like night and day compared to other businesses. I received a detailed plan/quote of what they were going to replace, NO SURPRISES, which is always nice!
Prep Work
Before we had any work done, Bob came out and walked through the changes with us to confirm what was going to be replaced. I felt like they were able to explain things in a way that anybody could understand (especially somebody who knows nothing about plumbing). 
Work
We had our interior plumbing and gas lines worked on first. There was 1 person here most of the week, with another guy that came out the last day. Our bathroom was already (mostly) demoed, so they only had to make a few cuts here and there in the floor for additional access needs. The guy that came out was extremely nice, and a very hard worker. 
Our next big project was the water/sewer line, we had it replaced a month after the interior plumbing. I could rave over and over again about the crew that came out, very nice guys who know what they're doing. I did feel bad for the big guy that was stuck jackhammering/shoveling out dirt in our basement (it was a pretty steamy 90 degree day). I was pretty concerned before the crew started digging outside due to my concerns about where my old sewer line was heading vs where it SHOULD be heading (again old house problems). They were able to settle my concerns in a very professional manner. 
I wouldn't have anybody else but Morgan Miller touch the plumbing in my home, not just because of the quality of work, but because of their professionalism in how they handle their business. 

It went great!  I woke up early in the morning to find water coming in my basement.  I quickly turned off the main water supply.  Standing in about 1/2 inch of water, I didn't know what to do.  I put a call into Morgan Miller - they had someone out there by 8 am to assess the situation.  I had no idea at the time what had caused the water problem.  
Alex determined it was a broken sprinkler pipe, caused by too much water pressure from the main line.  He installed a pressure relief valve to fix the problem.  He was very good about explaining exactly what had happened and what he was doing to fix it.  He checked for any additional leaks, but did not find any.
I have used Morgan Miller in the past, and plan to continue to call them for any of my plumbing needs.  They offer great customer service at reasonable prices.  They even follow up every visit with a hand written thank you note!  How many companies do that any more?

Easy to schedule, prompt, polite, great at explaining the details of their work, competitive pricing. Very strong work. We have used them in the past and will certainly go back to them if we need plumbing services in the future.

It went good.  The first guy who came out; he can't fix the problem and another guy came out and he fixed it.  I like the second guy and I would use them again.  He was professional and the second guy he was able to solve them out.

I'd had a sewer back-up and had called a different company who got a cable stuck, told me I needed a new sewer or a $2000 spot repair to get the cable out and repair the tile.
I called several other companies for bids, Morgan Miller was the only company that recommended I contact the city because it looked like the problem was on the city easement.  They were correct, the water company wanted the location verified and Morgan Miller ran the camera down the line.  The city repaired with no cost to me!  Morgan Miller saved me at least $2000, they will be my go to plumbing company in the future.

Tech was very personable. He was clean and did not leave a mess. My son uses this company for all his plumbing needs. They are very truthful and do not try to do unnecessary work in-order to make more money.

They arrived right on time and fixed the leak quickly and gave me additional advice about how to add a handle to the faucet.  They also provided a nice discount due to their holiday program - where you donate 5 cans of food for $20 off services.  This is an unusual and I thought quite nice thing for a company to do.  I will definitely use them again.  I gave them a "B" on price because even with the discounts, I found the hourly charge and total bill to be pretty high for such a small job.
