They didn't do it right the first time but they came back out and did it correctly. They resolved all the issues that I had. They were good to work with overall. I wasn't home the first time but the second time they had a whole crew come out because I think the owner was trying to make up for what they screwed up the first time. They had like 6 or 7 guys out there.

It was not for a small amount of money which was a very realistic billing. It was a right at or just under what the cost would have been anywhere else. They were not cutting me a deal necessarily but what they did for the cost was that they exceeded my expectations than just meet them with regards to work. They were really good and did a lot of extra stuff.

I made initial contact through email and then a phone call. The Kansas Asphalt representative came out promptly to inspect the driveway and provide a bid. I had done a little bit of on-line research to get a feel for what was in the range of a competitive price, although there wasn't a lot of good information available. The initial bid came in considerably higher than what I expected and I called the rep to discuss. He researched the information and found that a mistake had been made in calculating the square footage. The rep promptly rebid the job and the price was in line with what I expected. I accepted their bid and the work was completed promptly and with good quality. Overall, I was very satisfied with the price and the work done. I won't hesitate to use Kansas Asphalt again in the future

From start to finish Laura was outstanding to work with. Easy to reach by phone and e-mail and always prompt. This is the most professional and friendly company we've ever worked with. They had a crew of 8 or so workers on the day of the paving. Every single one of them was smiling and friendly. Laura helped us through decision making and made sure we understood exactly what work they were going to do. They started the work on a Tuesday and paved and finished it up on a Friday. It looks so good! We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company.

They brought in a full crew and were prepared from the start to get the job done right. I had drainage issues so they consulted me with their plan before starting. Very conscientious !

I had a great experience with Brad. He was also very available by email and online so that is a major plus in my book. He sent a formal bid proposal and contract to sign. I was impressed with his professionalism. I was worried that the work would be delayed because they are in Bucyrus and I am in KC,KS. There was no problem at all. After the job was done, I did notice a few small spots where the sealant hadn't adhered and I contacted Brad and he came out THAT DAY to inspect and he agreed with me that they'd need to come by again and patch those spots. They were out the following day to do the fix. Brad's responsiveness was nothing less than stellar and getting the issue resolved was easy. I will definitely use them in a couple years when the driveway needs sealing again.

I was satisfied with Kansas Asphalt. They did the job quick. They were reliable. Everything they said they were going to do, they did. Their prices were fair and honest. I called them back and they were very responsive. They were great! We couldn't ask for more.
