He came over and did the rough-in for finishing my basement. Took the time to think about what was the most logical things need for me as a homeowner (access to pipes, shut off valves, hook up locations, etc..) very professional and showed quality work.

Badly. Olshan deliberately laid the outside 'drainage pipe' which I have a 'warranty' on parallel to my basement wall instead of one end to the basement wall opening-other end 20 ft away. Then they made the tub they inserted into dug out basement floor too large & cheap $100 3 HP pump too small....

Shane was amazing! He was thorough and really did a great job on the project - which was not easy! We had a lot of unexpected things happen - remodeling an older house and things that were not in Shane's control - and he handled each challenge professionally and reasonably! I really enjoyed...
