+ -1 moreOwen and his sons, Gabe and Aaron, did a wonderful job. It was a time consuming project. They started the second week in November and finished December 26. Things had to be done in a certain order with the demolision of the front steps & sidewalk, insulation, plumbing and dry wall to get them done right. Weather was a concern because we wanted to get the outside jobs done before it got cold. They answered all our questions and gave us options as the job continued. He came in very close to the original estimate even though we upgraded the porch and had termite damage that needed fixing. I would recommend Owen's Remodeling very highly.
Description of Work: Remodeled basement: replaced windows, installed egress window, upgraded bathroom with shower and vanity, added insulation to basement walls, had it dry walled and put on baseboards. First Floor: opened up two walls, finished them and put on baseboards, put window in bathroom, fixed bathroom plumbing, added surround sides to tub. Outside: took out sidewalk on side of house, took out our cement front stairs and added a porch to the front of house. Replaced three outside doors. Fixed termite damaged found, and more.
