"Excellent experience! My wife and I recently bought our home and immediately started renovating. We tore out the carpet and noticed some cracks in the slab foundation. Nothing appeared to be a big issue, but since the floors were already exposed, we figured it would be a good idea to get things checked out. We started with another company (for whom I’m currently contemplating writing a BAD review). They said we needed at bear minimum $13,000 worth of work done. The inspectors story didn’t add up and my wife and I had a very bad feeling that they were trying to sell us on something we didn’t need. Hence our call to Foundation Recovery Systems. We needed a second opinion. Ed Macdonald came out to inspect for us. Right off the bat, he seemed to know his stuff and seemed to actually care. I explained our concerns as well as our prior experience, and he assured we would get to the bottom of this. Long story short, whether it was lack of training or just blatant dishonesty, he found that what was recommended by the other inspector was complete bogus. Ed gave us suggestions on things to monitor over the next few years and how to spot signs of settling, but his sole recommendation for any foundation support work was only if we wanted precautionary measures taken for our piece of mind. With free inspections, I am always skeptical that contractors will always find something wrong. Or else, how would they make any money? But Ed proved to be an honest guy as well as a representative of an honest company. Whenever or if ever anything goes wrong with our foundation, Ed will be the first person we call!"

"They brought a big crew of 8 and installed piers to level my house. It only took one day! I watched them work and admired their teamwork and unselfish approach. I wound up speaking with almost all of them at some point and they all showed respect and genuine interest in my questions or concerns. Glad I hired them!"

"Big shout out to Dil and Cruise for doing a splendid job . They were very courteous, patient enough to listen to my concerns and very friendly. The Job was to lift the concrete and seal the joint and cracks . Time will tell how well the seal will hold especially with colorodo weather but so far happy the result. Thank you Trasher."
