Went smooth, quick and the windows look great and helped the noise of outside to be minimum. Overall, just happy with my windows!

We went to a home show where we found their booth. The woman we spoke with was very informative and we had a wonderful conversation with her. We made an appointment with a rep to come out to out house. He was kind and there was no push or guilt trip to have to purchase with them. It was very refreshing. Climate Shield is the only company that is willing to do 3 windows at a time. For us it made it much less overwhelming and we were able to finance with no issues. Since we ordered during the pandemic, it took a little longer to get our window but it was worth it. The installation was done quickly and they even came back to fix a few minor details that I noticed. The window is gorgeous and gives our hour a much needed update at the front. I highly recommend them. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I will be calling them again to replace more windows in the future!

I was a bit nervous about taking the leap to get new windows, but I’m so glad we did! Justin (salesman) came out to give an estimate and demo the new windows. He stayed for a couple hours (wearing a mask of course) and went over all of our options. It was a pleasure to have him over, really, since we hadn’t had many visitors during the pandemic. My partner is an engineer and he was impressed (actually we both were) with the thermal properties of the windows. We live in an old house built in 1900, which still had the original windows, if you can believe it! So I knew the Climate Shield windows would be an upgrade. We had wooden, single-pane windows, plus dirty storm windows that were impossible to clean, plus winterizing plastic to prevent drafts. The result was limited visibility. So when the installer put the new windows on, it was like going from cataracts to crystal clear vision. The difference was impressive. Now I can see the birds at my feeder with clarity. Shout out to the installers, who took pride in doing the best job possible. The only issue that arose had to do with the vinyl wrapping on the exterior. They normally wrap the whole exterior wooden window frame with vinyl. In an older home like this, we wanted to stick with as much of the original character of the home as possible. I talked it over with the installer and he was willing to put just a minimal amount of vinyl on the exterior to seal around the window. He did great work, and I appreciate that he was willing to adapt in this situation. It’s clear that Climate Shield really does care about customer service and they work with you on any issues you may have. I’ve enjoyed working with them and would recommend Climate Shield to anyone looking for new windows.
