"They showed up on time and cleaned out the pipe so our washing machine will drain properly. They explained how we can maintain the drain better to prevent this in the future. You do need to know that they charge $100 for the service call, then any parts and labor charges are in addition to that. I was able to apply the Angie's List coupon which was very nice. Good service all around."
