Very happy with David. He is an honest guy who tells you the truth right p front. He takes the time to go over everything with you so you can understand what you are buying. I had a 2000 square foot home and the inspection lasted almost 3 hours. He really checks everything. We are just waiting on we'll test results that has to be sent out of state for testing. Very happy and would definitely recommend him to anyone

We called Dave to set up an appointment for an inspection. The inspection was done exactly when we needed it (within a few days) and he even showed up early. Dave was very professional and knows his stuff. During the inspection he found prior issues with mold in the attic, typical things here and there as well as a radon test. Dave was fantastic and answered all of our questions. We had a detailed report of the inspection emailed to us that night with plenty of photos and descriptions of everything he had found. Once the radon test was complete a couple of days later he promply got back to us with the results and recommendations for what steps to take next. I would not hesitate to hire Dave again as my inspector. Great Job! Since he was not on Angies List I felt he deserved a place here.
