Leo was super knowledgeable and explained how the process would go. The two technicians Devin/James were professional and communicated well. Their price was very competitive compared to the quotes we got from multiple competitors and we were able to get a more efficient system. The only issue we had was the blower was putting off way more force than we wanted, the technicians fixed this but it required us to get a new thermostat which Angi scheduled Leo to come in and install free of charge. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
