The only drawbacks we encountered during our projects involved some damaged materialsâ issues that perhaps could have been identified earlier in the process--but, when those problems occurred, Matt responded immediately to remedy them (in one case driving several hours to locate replacements for fixtures that had been discontinued). We also want to emphasize that Matt hires great people and trains them well. He was on site himself and working with them most days, and, on the occasions when he couldnâ t be there, his guys handled everything smoothly. Moreover, they made sure to clean up the work spaces at the end of every day and check in with us before leaving. Everyone from Redbird was courteous, on time, and very respectful of our family life (they even became friends with our two cats!). Our daughters never felt like their lives were disrupted, and we rarely had to alter our daily routines. Bottom line: from start to finish, Redbird Remodeling did a fantastic job. They turned an odd-shaped, largely non-functional basement into a fabulous living area with tons of storage, a full bathroom, and a new laundry room--and they gave us a gorgeous upstairs hall bath that our daughters love. We wholeheartedly recommend Redbird and definitely will work with them again for future remodeling projects."
