He was very responsive as we coordinated a day and time, and he was more than happy to share details about the tub and how to care for it. "They only charge a flat rate for any basic service so if the AC goes out i call them and they charge a flat rate to service it. If it has to be replaced they pay up to a certain amount and if it goes over i pay a prorated fee."
