They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

He gave me more storage space by building the shed taller and installing more shelves. After building the new shed, they did a fantastic job in remodeling my garage. The garage was completely insulated, drywalled, a new ceiling remodeled, windows reframed and the garage was completely painted. At the end of each the day, everything was cleaned up and when the projects were completed, all debris was removed. Courtney is courteous, professional and dependable. "We hired Prestige to finish a bathroom remodel that had gone bad by another contractor. Jim was extremely responsive, and they were able to start work within a few days of providing a quote. The communication was fantastic and someone was working on our project every day until it was complete which was very refreshing after a 2-3 week project had turned in 7 weeks due to a prior contractor's limited availability to show up. Prestige corrected electrical work, fixed a poor plumbing installation, and helped source a new counter-top quickly. They also repainted the new drywall, installed a toilet and lighting fixtures as well as hung new vanity mirrors. Prestige finished our project in a timely manner, and the price was reasonable and fair given the level of communication, quality of work, customer service, and timeline to completion.
