"Aaron came after i was off work which was great. We chatted a bit about my pest concerns and he offered valuable advice (and even threw in some advice on my bird feeders too!) He then proceeded to spray all aroynd the outside of our home, in the garage, down in the basement, and inside every room. Ive already seen an improvement. Aaron was kind and very knowledgeable. I recommend him and Reliable Pest Control 100%"

"Ann was very nice and professional. I called and she rearranged her schedule to fit me in that same day. She came in and identified the type of roaches and went to work. I have not seen any roaches since before the treatment. I will be using the service monthly until I’m satisfied that they are truly gone. The initial first treatment cost was very affordable. I’ll be using the service monthly until I’m satisfied that they are gone. I really highly recommend this family owned company."

"Guardian was very fast and reasonably priced. Other comapnies were giving me 2+ week wait times and Guardian was able to get it done in 3 days. However they did leave some mess inside my house where they accessed the attic, and also left the corpse of a dead bird in my yard. at $400 for removal, I would expect them to fully remove the bird."

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

No single deterrent will work 100 percent of the time, so we suggest combining deterrents to ensure your seed has the best possible chance to grow. Using bird netting over your seed, with physical deterrents like mylar tape coupled with hanging bird feeders at the edges of your growing area—and removing any bird’s nests, if possible—will give your seeds the best possible chance for success.

Chirping noises, droppings, scratches on the walls, and stains at entries and exits are all signs that you have bats in your house or, more specifically, your attic. Because bats are nocturnal, there’s a chance that bats have already infested your home before you start to see warning signs, so don’t delay if you notice anything. If you see a bat or two at sunrise or sunset near your property, that’s another telltale sign that they could be setting up shop inside your space.

Set live traps or install a one-way door to evict squirrels, rodents, and other animals from your attic. Once they’re out, seal any entry points to prevent the animals from returning. If you’re dealing with an infestation, call a pro.

If you’ve had a prior bat infestation or simply want to avoid having bats invade your home in the first place, there are a few steps you can take without the need for a pro.

  • Seal entry points, such as where your chimney meets your house, or other gaps or holes exist.

  • Use bat deterrents like bright lights or ultrasonic devices to force them away from your home.

  • Reduce bat attractions like standing water and bird nectar feeders inviting bats into your yard.

Some birds of prey, like owls, hunt at night. Hawks are diurnal and need good light to see their prey. You could see them circling anytime from dawn to dusk. Species like the common red-tailed hawk are most active in the early morning and late evening when their prey is also typically on the go.
