I'm on a monthly program with John, the owner. Super nice guy. Automatically comes once a month and notifies ahead of time. I've noticed a huge difference in the absence of spiders and other crawling/climbing bugs. His product speaks for itself.

John always shows up on time, very punctual. This time of year, he treats the exterior of my home for all creepy crawly things. Notifies me consistently the day before that he'll be out as I unlock my backyard gate. Product works! I will not hire anyone else but John (owner).

I have never used a pest control before and am so glad that I found John Kendall. He responded quickly to emails and was here when he said he would be.He was very thorough. John explained everything he was going to do and answered the many many questions I had for him. This guy knows his bugs! If you need pest control call John Kendall! Very friendly and professional! Everyone, PLEASE READ! This is the BEST customer service I have ever received. I called for last minute service from Texas to help out my mother in Indiana. He gave me the quote and got out there right away! He removed all her ants the first day, we haven’t seen any bugs since! My mother was staying at another house during this time and she finally went back home yesterday to realize the refrigerator somehow got unplugged, perhaps during the spray/removal of pest. I had just sent her 100.00 worth of groceries a few days prior and ALL of it was ruined due to the refrigerator unplugged. I sent Kendall a quick text, just asking if he may have unplugged it or not.. no response till today. HE DIDN’T EVEN HESITATE, he woke up, wrote a check, and personally delivered it as well as his condolences to my mother. Then he called myself and apologized for any mishaps. What a true gentleman. Honest to god, best service I have ever had. This man provided great service, removed all bugs, and still went out of his way to make sure my mother was 100% satisfied. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send your business this way! ??

I feel very safe with my dog on the inside of my house as well as the exterior. She is a toy breed and I want to ensure that she we are avoiding any type of spider bites. I live in a newer neighborhood that were previously corn fields. And with my irrigation system, I am creating a perfect climate for spiders and other things that crawl. John was punctual, as always! Treated all around the outside of my house for Wolf Spiders and other creepy crawly bugs that make their home in my lawn. Within 24 hours, I noticed a huge difference around my patio, they were gone. I'll keep hiring John again and again!

We asked Kendall Pest Control to help us with a mouse problem. John called promptly and was able to come out right away. His quote was extremely reasonable and included a recheck and re-bait after a few weeks. Within a day or two, we stopped hearing mice, and within 3-4 days, stopped seeing evidence of them around. I couldn't be happier with the results. John is very professional, pleasant, and courteous. I highly recommend him and would absolutely use him again.

John was able to accommodate coming out and treating the parameter of my house on the outside when I'm not home. I unlock my gate to the back of my house as he notifies me the day before to confirm the appointment. And also the day of when he has completed it. Very courteous! I would recommend him to everyone! His treatments do the trick! Very reasonable pricing vs. the larger companies. His responsiveness to my calling him or sending a text are very quick!

Kendall Pest Control owner, John Kendall, came out and sprayed the interior parameter of my house for mainly wolf spiders. Very reasonable rate on the monthly program for the size of my house. He also did inside of my garage. Very courteous and punctual. There were a couple of dead wolf spiders along my baseboard in which he rid of them for me. He also placed mouse traps in my garage as a preventative.

John came out on a Saturday morning, which is great! And I don't have to wait weeks for him to service my house on the monthly program. Since I have so many wolf spiders in my newer housing addition, I've had him treat for them. This was the first exterior service around the parameter of my house for the spring/summer season. John, the owner, treated the interior of my house for wolf spiders and any other crawly critters. He always does a thorough job and make sure to let me know the length of time it usually take to dry so I can be safe with my dog. On time and calls when he is on his way. I am on a monthly program with him. Well worth it and for the savings.

John Kendall came out and serviced the exterior parameter of my house for insects, but mainly spiders. He will even come out when I am at work, I don't have to be there. Really convenient! I;m on a monthly program with him. He is always on time and does a thorough job! His prices are great as well as his professionalism.
