I am very pleased with Ms. Ottney who is self-employed, works alone and comes to us every other week. My 94 year-old father resides with me, making it especially important that Ms. Ottney is flexible and willing to undertake projects that are beyond those expected of the traditional housekeeper. She is conscientious -- it is rare to see someone scrubbing tile floors while on her hands and knees. Ms. Ottney is open to experimentation and trying new products. Additionally, she takes the initiative while still collaborating with me on cleaning.
