Steve and Dustin are very knowledgeable about getting rid of yellow jackets and also mice. They explained everything really well. They also return to check and make sure things are done properly.

I have only good things to say about Chadwick exterminating.I had a bad termite problem and they came out and took care of it., also had a yellow jacket nest in the walls of my house and they got rid of them. They were polite and professional.

I was very appreciative that Chadwick Exterminator came the next day to help with my rodent issue. He inspected the house and sourced the problem with a faulty crawl space door. After it was fixed and later a new one installed the problem persisted. His answer was to keep laying down poison. It?s now three weeks later and mice are entering my house through a back door with gaps. I did not expect him to fix my gaps but did expect him to point them out during the inspection...very disappointing. He has a free service between appointments where he will drop more poison off if needed. I requested this and during his visit seemed rushed and like this was an inconvenience. He put the poison in the crawl space but when I asked him to look in my attic he refused. I have no problems paying service technicians when I?m treated fairly good but felt strung along and that these professionals were really not taking the time to listen to me to help me identify the source.

I had a squirrel in my wall. They were very friendly, came right out. They did the service and I have not had a problem since.

Other people called and couldn't come out but Chadwick called me back in 10 minutes and was at our house in an hour. Did his inspection in a professional manner and we were very pleased. Very reasonable. Our bank manager couldn't believe we called and got the inspection done the same day. The manager said no one ever gets it done the same day they call. This guy was great.

I spent several hours trying to hire a company for a VA pest inspection. After filling out HomeAdvisor s form, I had a few companies willing to do the work. Chadwick came to my home within an hour of initial contact. We truly appreciate their service!!

They called me immediately after I contacted HomeAdvisor and came out the next day. On the first visit, they took care of the pest problem and on the second visit made repairs to keep the problem from happening again. Very reasonable price for all the work that they did.
