They were extremely professional throughout the project and maintained a very high quality of work. They went above and beyond to fix a handful of smaller issues with the ceiling, and were willing to adjust the project scope after helping us see that a larger portion of ceiling was in need of replacement. "Brian was able to install a 4 piece appliance package at the last minute! French door fridge with ice/water dispenser/maker, over the range microwave, stove and dishwasher. He also removed the old dishwasher and hauled it away. I wish he could have advised on the clearance of the microwave above the cooktop as it is very low/close to the cook top surface."

"It went great. Eric was present when the insurance adjuster came to check it out and he worked with her to get us as much money as possible. Insurance only paid for the ceiling water stain removal and attic work, but not for roof replacement because roof problem was not from wind or hail, etc.
The work needed 3 contractors - Roof guys, mold remediator and Painter. We got quotes form 2 other companies, but decided to go with Eric due to several reasons - local business, he himself is the owner; the price, which was better than the other 2 companies; his ability to get the whole job done in 2.5 days during the snowy month of Jan-Feb. The roof guys worked in coordination with the Mold remediator and they finished that part in 1.5 days. The painter came another day and finished the interior work in that day. With the other companies, they were only able to do 1 or 2 of the things and we had to get the painter by ourselves.
The whole team did a great job. They cleaned up the yard completely.
We are still waiting on the paperwork - final receipts, the certificates for insurance purposes, though."

"went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"
