RIVALS RENOVATION INC

Unfortunately, the work completed in my home by Jorge,(if that is his name) was half done. Although he verbally stated he warrants his work for a year he did not honor this. He has managed play phone tag and push the the work off claiming he is busy, or sick or waiting for friend and so many other excuses, now he simply just avoids the responses. I assume in hopes I will forget. He stated multiple times he would correct this and never did in one years time, also agreed to reimburse us and has not done so. So unfortunate, As a business owner I would have preferred to save the integrity of my business over taking someones money and leaving them with a poorly done job. He did not remove any wall panels before installing floor and cut the the vinyl short. In hopes we would not notice since he caulked over it. But I hope the money he took from us for this poor job fed his family well. Now I have to proceed in other measures. I would not recommend this company.

I'm so glad I hired Rivals Renovation. They were professional, quick and very knowledgeable. They helped me make my vision come to life! I highly recommend this company, not only for the amazing flooring job, but the friendliness, service and competitive pricing.

Jorge did an amazing job with the tile in my walk in shower! I told him what I wanted and we came up with a game plan and he made it happen! Very professional and done in a very timely manner! Great communication!

The guys @ Rivals are great! Punctual and transparent from start to finish. Jorge and Austin redid our bathroom and canâ t wait for our next project!
