Hello, my name is Patricia and I habe a love for Cleaning. I have 15 years experience in all kinds of Cleaning services. From Residential to Vacation and Air BNBs to Dental Offices, Local Businesses,Bank Operation Headquarters Office, and Factories. Also, experience Cleaning Dispensaries and breweries. I have done Post Construction Cleans, some were brand new homes on the beach front in N.C. While other cleans were Residential Remodels. I have an overall 5 years in that area. I decided to start my own business with my friend based on the facts that we wanted to paddle out further and see if we can make it. Plus, we love to clean and we love to help people. "First, we agonized over leaving this review but feel obliged. We hired Adam Cullinare/Shamrock to: 1. Repaint kitchen cabinets. Was assured "glass like" finish. Not only are they not glass-like smooth, but are already peeling. Have to be redone. 2. Remove decorative wall @3 feet. He removed wall easily but unable to smooth out adjoining wall/ceiling or replace baseboard and flooring. The wall looked mangled; baseboard not replaced; and the floorboards he applied are nailed and glued together with wood caulk. Mind you, these are interlocking laminate floorboards that don't require glue/nails. Several nails protrude from floor. We and pet stepped on several times - it's like stepping on nails/puncture feet. 3. Paint job was inferior. Light coats, maybe to save on paint? Sloppy and slow job. We had to repaint all areas. 4. Quoted job as 2.5 week to finish. After 4 we let him go. Must have work redone. Not happy. Poor craftsmanship. Overstates abilities. Positive? He's nice guy."

"Listen, I could write an entire novel about why you shouldn?t hire. Shady practices, unprofessional, overpriced, misleading. We hired Patrick to paint our house. He told us he was a one man team. The only thing Patrick did for us was scream at his team in our yard for our neighbors to see/hear and glue our garage door shut. We had to pull teeth to get the name of his insurance agent bc our garage door BROKE. He didn?t separate the weather stripping from the garage and it just glued it shut. When we needed touch up work, it took FOREVER to get him to come out and do it. He kept saying he would send out his team (the ones who did the poor line work in the first place) to which I told him several times NO. We hired you, YOU come fix this. He finally came out when I was more firm with him. Originally said morning, but came around 2pm. Which would be fine, but I thought a text would be a nice warning. He then left without saying a single word to me or my husband. Couldn?t apologize for all the trouble. Couldn?t face us. No text afterwards. I don?t like to leave negative reviews and like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but my husband and I dealt with SO much from hiring Patrick and kept our cool 99% of the time. But with one issue after the other? I want to warn everyone out there to save themselves the headache and the money."
