If I could give the Hot Tub Company 10 stars, I would! Craig and Heather are both very professional and knowledgeable in their business. They are there to answer your questions but are not pushy. We purchased our hot tub during COVID. When it arrived it was professionally installed by Tyler â ¦ explaining all the ins and outs of owning a hot tub and its operation. WE LOVE OUR HOT TUB! Awhile later we decided to switch to a salt tub. It took some getting used to. We had a few issues with our tub making its own chlorine. We went into the Hot Tub Store and Craig and Heather offered advice. The thing that impressed me the most was Craig saying we wonâ  t let you go thru this alone â ¦ and he didnâ  t. Very soon after, Tyler was at our house to resolve the problem and get us straightened out. The Hot Tub Company has always been there for us from the â  purchaseâ  thru the â  service callsâ  . Highly recommend!

From the actual sale, to the delivery, and having a small problem with a blown fuse in our control module, that was addressed and taken care of very promptly! We couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of this company. Love our new hot tub, but also having the peace of mind, that if we encounter problems with it down the road, we are in good hands. Will and have already recommended you folks to others.

Heater was not working properly on our hot tub and was worried about the tub lines freezing. The service man was able to talk us through bypassing the problem until he arrived a couple days later to fix the problem. Great communication!

Fair and honest

We had a motherboard burn out on our Viking Hot Tub. After calling the hot tub company, they responded right away and quoted us immediately. I was pleased with the service and quality of work. I recommend them to others.

The owners name is Craig he is extremely knowledgeable and quite honest about The type of hot tub and size you would need etc. You can trust him not to sell you something just to be making money but to make sure that you do need it if you already own a hot tub. And when he says call anytime if you need information etc. he definitely means it.

I had a circuit board fail and my spa was not heating. Their service was quick and efficient. I put out a Home Advisor request on Sunday evening and the Hot Tub Company called me Monday morning and they were at my house on Monday afternoon. The technician diagnosed the problem, ordered a board and was back the following Monday to make the repair. I appreciate their service.

Repaired a hot tub that had been down for 5 years. A true miracle worker! On time and followed the repairs to the end.

I highly recommend this company! During my initial call regarding a repair, the representative gave me tips to try on my own and even walked me through each step. I appreciated his effort to try to fix the problem without an unnecessary service call. When the fixes he recommended didn't work, the technician called to schedule and was prompt upon arrival. He worked diligently to fix the problem. Even though it wasn't an easy solution, he continued to problem solve until he fixed it. He even showed me a couple of additional tips to help my hot tub run better in the future. They proved to be a highly professional and dependable company.

We love every aspect of this business, from the warm welcome when walking in the door to the professional installation of the hot tub. Although the tubs may be a bit pricier than other hot tub companies, I can honestly say it's because you get what you pay for. Once you look at hot tubs at The Hot Tub Company then visit other dealers, you'll clearly see why they cost a little more. We absolutely love using the hot tub we purchased and would most definitely purchase another one from here.

I needed the repair done as soon as possible due to the weather. The repairman was prompt, found the leak and repaired it. I would use them again.

My daughter had an old nonworking hot tub in her backyard. I wanted to know if it could be repaired and if not could they help me find someone to haul it away. The repair person told me the tub was 25 years old and not to sink another dime into it. They also gave me the number of someone to remove it. There was no pressure to purchase another tub.
