"Hired to screen in a covered porch with two doors. One door was std size the other was oversized to allow us to pull in a patio table during the winter time. Sales person measured the table while he was here doing the estimate and I asked if the door size he specified would allow us to do this and he said it would. We could have made it as big as we wanted and were willing to pay for this option. After the initial install the small door must had damage on the finish. Installer spray painted it with brown paint that was not close to matching the original oil rubbed bronze finish. The time it too to get a call back to determine a resolution was very extended. They wanted to use spray paint on a new factory applied finish Vs replacing it with original new finish. They did finally order the factory finished part required for the repair. The larger door was undersized and the table would not fit through the door this fall when we winterized the patio. I sent an e-mail and left a voice mail. 48 hrs later I did receiver a reply to my e-mail that they would be in touch to come out to inspect. After two weeks I still had not been contacted and asked for the installers cell phone so I could contact him to set up a time for him to come out. The response was in essence, "They are to busy right now to get involved to resolve this and would be in touch when they had time to do so." Needless to say I am very disappointed. Update 1/14/20 They never contacted me and as of 1-13-2021 I never heard from them."

"I found Jack and AquaPro through an online search for powerwashing services in Fishers.  
I live in California, and still own my home in Fishers, IN.  I had a renter in the house for 2 years, but really needed to sell the house and move on.  My renter had said my 3 year old deck was in need of a powerwash and restain, and after seeing pictures, I totally agreed.
I called Jack and he was really responsive.  Granted, with me being out of state, he was nervous about my ability to pay, etc.  I can appreciate that.  But I assured him I could pay, and he went ahead and gave me an estimate for powerwashing the deck and house, cleaning the cutters to get rid of the tiger striping, and staining the deck.  
He sent me an estimate very quickly, and it was competitive with my other options. He sent me pictures before and after, and I was able to really see the quality work.  My realtor agreed that the work was really impressive, and my neighbors also said it looked great.
Jack made the process very easy for me.  From start to finish he kept me in the loop and his team did quality work.  He was also able to refer painters to me to help fix up the inside of the house, which I have not yet used but may in the near future.

"Wonderful experience with Jeremy and his crew. They cleaned up everything and the new roof looks great. They had to take 2 layers off the roof and were finished in a day. I love the color of the 3D shingles and samples of regular size shingles were provided so we could make a decision on what looked best with our siding and brick. Every step of what they were going to do on the rook was explained beforehand and they also buy from local companies which is a plus. I called Charles on a Friday afternoon and he suggested Sunday as a good day for him to come round and assess the work.  Charles called around noon on Saturday and asked if he could come that afternoon.   Heck yes!   An appointment was set for today to carry out the work and a time frame of 8am - 9.30 am suggested for the start.   They arrived at 9 am.   The original request was just for the drainage work (cost $350) but my husband called in the meantime and asked them to look at the other two jobs.  

Both Charles and his helper are very personable.   All spaces they worked in were left clean and tidy.   All "trash" was bagged or placed where I requested.

I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job .. large or small. 

Update:   Charles "et all" came back and removed a window and the siding surrounding it.   He then reframed the area and replaced the window and siding.   He will be returning to replace the drywall.   Once again he did exactly what we requested both efficiently and in a timely manner.   We have been very pleased both with the standard of work and also his efforts to keep costs within reason.
