"I am very disappointed with The Foundation Specialist. Their price quote was more than double that of a competitor, which raised concerns from the start. I canceled the contract within the 72-hour period as allowed under the Federal cooling-off rule, yet more than 10 days later they have failed to refund my $5,500 deposit. I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. "This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
