As a rapidly growing and certified DuPont Corian fabricator Keystone Designs qualified to participate in a DuPont sponsored Optimization Program. Keystone contracted with the South Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership (SCMEP) to implement synchronous flow management velocity through the manufacturing process and therefore reducing lead times and improving on time delivery and installation performance. As a result of this effort Keystone has been able to reduce lead times from 3-4 weeks for custom stone and solid surface installation.
