ICC is a small general contracting company servicing east central Indiana. We are a full service contractor who self performs most all work. We currently staff between 3 and 6 employees. This, however depends on the time of year and the market. Between my business partner and I we have over two decades of commercial and residential construction experience.

This small business has done everything from small remodeling work to entire new building construction. The overall knowledge of construction has almost 60 years of experience handed down from father to son, while always keeping the customers desires and budget in mind. Sub-contracting is done for services that we don't offer and the customer will always know who and what is being contracted out.

I have 30 years exp. My crew consists anywhere from 3 to 8 talented hard working guys, depending on the job at hand. We specialize in complete home repair and restoration as well as siding, concrete, painting etc. I also am fully insured as well as my crew. I except cash or check with half due for materials up front and the remainder to be paid at the end unless it is a complete restoration at that time we will discuss how it will be broken down during and threw out the project.
