I am truly delighted. Ken responded quickly to my first contact, provided an estimate that was exactly what I expected (to the penny), arrived on-time and ready to work, completed the work quickly and on schedule, and cleaned up when finished. In addition, Ken was very professional in his appearance, conduct and communication. Overall, Ken exceeded my expectations. He finished the job yesterday and I have already referred multiple to him. I definitely will hire him again.
