I own several rental properties in the area. Dan has always been my go to guy for projects of all sorts. He has done everything from building decks, changing out doors and windows, vinyl siding, soffit, facia, and put on a couple of new roofs for me. Top notch work and he is very professional. Work is always completed in a timely manner, weather permitting. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Excellent. Mr. Welch and his entire crew were polite, professional, and courteous. The job was done quicker than I expected. The price was in line with other estimates I received, and he took it upon himself to do some unrelated repairs at no charge. He was very knowledgeable about other projects I asked him about. Overall it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
