"Please ignore my previous review where the cost was incorrect. I am very happy with this window service. My windows and glass doors and screens were all cleaned and the window insides were pressure washed - which added to the initial estimate, but were sorely needed. I highly recommend this service."

"Excellent salesmanship by providing plenty of time to understand product options. Installation of windows went smoothly and professionally. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality and functionality of my new windows."

"High quality windows and doors, but pricey."

"Installed our bay window and removed old window. New window is great! They cleaned up as they went and left not a single nail nor splinter of wood. Window is sealed tight and beautiful."

"It was excellent! He was very easy to work with, knew what we wanted, he was able put our ideas into reality, he's professional, and his work was excellent. I highly recommend him."

"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."
