As a family with small children and someone who works from a home office- cleanliness, safety, timeliness, clarity, and of course listening to our desired outcome were the top factors for us. I have not worked with a contractor before on a full project and every decision can be nuisanced and overwhelming. Nevertheless, from the time of project planning to contracting to the completion of the job Best 4 U met all the criteria for us and made this process so much easier. They have a great sense of listening both for what is needed and how the customer is feeling along the process. The only time there was ever an issue with the estimated time that they gave us was due to our needing to get another order in and waiting on delivery, completely an issue on our end, not theirs. Otherwise their team was ahead of schedule, not just on time, every time. They communicated every single step of the way sometimes multiple times just to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. They managed budget, people, and our need to think through the choices and decisions that were being made. They honored the space of our home with measures to ensure easy cleanup and did a deep clean afterwards. They took a bathroom that needed a lot of work behind the walls and turned it into a masterpiece. From the tile to the tub install to such a beautiful paint job it is lovely. We are waiting for a few cosmetic things but I absolutely love our renovation. I can't wait to start the next job in our house with them. "Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
