Accepts the Homeowners Warranty claims, takes the service fee, lies to the Warranty company so the claims are denied and they don't have to come back. Even had the warranty company do a recall and he was a NO CALL NO SHOW. He only called when I sent him a screenshot of the appointment. Gaslights you into thinking you're wrong, insults you via phone calls, is rude as h***! He even has a small claims suit in Kane County Ilinois. I have receipts of all our communication, or lack thereof!"
