Even had the warranty company do a recall and he was a NO CALL NO SHOW. He only called when I sent him a screenshot of the appointment. Gaslights you into thinking you're wrong, insults you via phone calls, is rude as h***! He even has a small claims suit in Kane County Ilinois. I have receipts of all our communication, or lack thereof!"
